Bumble asked us to help address dating fatigue and promote their new compliments feature. So we set up an activation during Gallery Weekend Berlin, encouraging people to look at each other with the same curiousity as a piece of art. The project was inspired by Marina Abramovich’s iconic work “The artist is present”, and hosted at the Nella Beljan Gallery. Visitors were invited to issue someone a compliment after looking at each other in silence for two minutes.
