We launched a new era for our fave fashion giant with a city take-over. A campaign with a local feel — which for a global brand, felt pretty fresh. We put Amsterdammers front and centre, alongside their handwritten suggestions for how to improve H&M stores. Using a fun and playful tone of voice, we repositioned H&M as a more personalised place to shop.
